PIERCING CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend the following:

1) shower before your piercing with your hair pulled back and away from the ear

2) stay hydrated - drink lots of water 

3) to neutralize your blood sugar, we recommend eating something light before your appointment

4) do not consume alcohol or take blood thinners 24 hours before the piercing

5) no caffeine - avoid the jitters

6) please reschedule if you are ill or have flu-like symptoms

While we offer the highest standards in sterilizations and sanitary practices, as well as hypoallergenic earrings, True by Kristy cannot determine when a customer might have a reaction. It also must be acknowledged that an infection is always a possibility with any piercing. It is your responsibility to follow the aftercare instructions and take care of your new piercing. True By Kristy reserves the right to have customers sign off on a consent form stating that True by Kristy is not liable for any issue that may arise after leaving the store. All ear piercings are final sale, no exceptions.
