Permanent jewelry is custom fit jewelry with high end materials such as 14k gold filled and sterling silver. These chains are long lasting and will not turn, tarnish, or rust. Permanent jewelry is clasp-less, pain-less, and hassle-free. The process of choosing the chain is the best part! Bring your BFF, sister, mom, daughter, significant other, etc and get matching styles that are meant to be worn every day for effortless style.

Our chains are TSA friendly, so you never have to worry about taking off or removing your jewelry.

Always consult your doctor if you need to remove beforehand. Not recommended for those with a gold or silver sensitivity or pacemaker installed.

Removal is easy. Use a pair of scissors or wire cutters to cut your piece at the point where it was welded. Save your chain in case you’d like to have it reattached in the future. 

All permanent jewelry sales are final and covered under our 60 day warranty, which includes repair & reattach for FREE within 60 days of purchase. Please note, our policy does not extend to wear and tear, chain adjustments, and we are not responsible for loss. We ensure your piece is welded properly before you exit your appointment and the custom fit is approved. Permanent jewelry is meant to last however, it is not indestructible and must be handled with care as it is still a delicate piece of jewelry.

If your permanent jewelry is out of warranty and needs repair we can re-weld and reattach for free as long as we can still work with the chain. Must have entire chain for repair.

*All non-True By Kristy permanent jewelry repair is $25 per item and requires an appointment.

Please note: Chains can get dirty, dull, or darken with normal wear depending on your skin’s natural chemistry. Polishing and/or cleaning your permanent jewelry regularly is suggested to restore its shine. True By Kristy will not replace dirty, dull, or darkened items due to wear and tear or your skin’s natural chemistry make up. NO EXCEPTIONS. Gently wipe the metal surface with a soft cloth to clean.

A $25 deposit is required to book your permanent jewelry appointment and will be applied to your total purchase. The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us if you need a repair: info@truebykristy.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We cannot accept a cancelation within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. If you are a no-show to your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. By booking an online appointment with us you are agreeing to these terms.
