PERMANENT BANGLE WAIVER & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By receiving a permanent bangle from True by Kristy, I confirm that I have reviewed, understand, and agree to the following policies.

FIT, SIZING & FINAL SALE

I have approved my bangle, charm(s), components, fit, placement and sizing before leaving. My permanent bangle is custom fit specifically for me. Comfort, swelling, weight fluctuations, temperature and personal preference may affect fit over time. Because permanent bangles are custom-fit, all permanent bangle sales are final.

BANGLE CONSTRUCTION, WEAR & CARE

Permanent bangles are solid, clasp-free jewelry secured using a specialized riveting or closure process rather than welding. They are intended for long-term everyday wear but are not indestructible. A bangle may bend, scratch, stretch, loosen, snag, break or become damaged from normal wear, impact, pulling, twisting, exercise, sports, lifting, sleeping, accidental damage, excessive force or repeated stress. Damage does not necessarily indicate a defect. I will not forcibly bend, twist or pull my bangle. Proper care and handling are my responsibility.

MATERIALS & APPEARANCE

True by Kristy permanent bangles are available in high-quality 14k gold-filled and sterling silver materials. Oils, lotions, skincare products, perfumes, sweat, water exposure, chemicals, environmental exposure, medications, hormonal changes and individual body chemistry may affect a bangle's appearance. Tarnishing, oxidation, discoloration or other changes in appearance are not necessarily evidence of a material defect. Proper cleaning and care are my responsibility.

APPLICATION & SAFETY

Permanent bangles are applied using specialized jewelry tools and/or riveting equipment. No welding heat, sparks or flames are used. Minor pinching, pressure or discomfort may occur during application. True by Kristy uses reasonable care and safety precautions during application. I agree to immediately notify the jewelry artist if I experience discomfort, pinching, circulation concerns or irritation during the application process.

WARRANTY, DAMAGE & LOSS

Permanent bangles are not covered by the permanent jewelry lifetime re-weld warranty because they are riveted rather than welded. True by Kristy does not guarantee against breakage, loss, bending, misshaping, snagging, stretching, loosening, tarnishing, discoloration or other damage after application. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, misuse, lost jewelry and damage caused by excessive force or physical activity are not covered as complimentary replacements.

If a bangle becomes damaged, True by Kristy will determine whether it can be safely repaired or reapplied. If replacement is necessary, I am responsible for purchasing a new bangle unless otherwise provided under True by Kristy's policies in effect at that time.

REMOVAL & MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS

Permanent bangles may need to be removed for MRIs, surgeries, medical procedures, emergency treatment or other situations. TSA and security procedures may vary, and removal could be required. Removal may require cutting or specialized tools, and once removed, a bangle cannot be guaranteed to be reattached or reapplied. I am responsible for consulting my medical provider regarding removal before an MRI, surgery or other medical procedure. True by Kristy does not provide medical advice.

ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

I confirm that I do not have any known metal allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or skin conditions that would make receiving permanent jewelry unsafe. I understand that skin irritation, sensitivity or an allergic reaction may occur despite reasonable precautions.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I understand and accept the inherent risks associated with the application and long-term wear of permanent bangles. To the extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless True by Kristy, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, allergic reactions, losses, costs or expenses arising out of or related to the application, wear, repair, replacement or removal of my permanent bangle; improper care or misuse; breakage, loss, snagging or damage after application; or medical complications, skin irritation, allergic reactions or unforeseen circumstances related to wear.

CURRENT POLICIES

Repair procedures, fees, replacement programs and service availability may change. Future service is subject to True by Kristy's policies and fees in effect when service is requested.

By accepting permanent bangle service and completing the required digital waiver at checkout, I confirm that I have read and understand these policies, had the opportunity to ask questions, inspected and approved my bangle before leaving, understand that permanent bangles are custom-fit jewelry intended for long-term wear but are not indestructible, and agree to True by Kristy's fit, care, application, warranty, damage, removal, liability and final-sale policies.
