WHAT IS A PERMANENT BANGLE?
A permanent bangle is a custom-fit bracelet that is secured directly on your wrist using a specialized riveting process. Unlike traditional bracelets, there is no clasp, creating a seamless, effortless look designed for everyday wear.

HOW ARE PERMANENT BANGLES APPLIED?
After selecting your preferred size and style, your bangle is carefully fitted to your wrist and secured with a small, discreet rivet using a specialized tool. No welding, heat, sparks, or flames are used during the application process.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE?
Our permanent bangles are available in high-quality sterling silver and 14k gold-filled options. They feature a solid, non-hollow construction for durability and a premium feel. Designed for everyday wear, they are water-safe, long-lasting, and resistant to tarnishing with proper care.

CAN I ADD CHARMS?
Yes! Personalize your permanent bangle with charms including initials, birthstones, zodiac signs, symbols, and more for a unique, elevated look.

HOW LONG DOES THE APPOINTMENT TAKE?
Permanent bangle appointments are approximately 15 minutes and limited to ONE permanent bangle application, only. If you would also like traditional permanent jewelry during your visit, please book separate consecutive appointments to allow enough time for both services.

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

ARE PERMANENT BANGLES WATER-SAFE?
Yes. You can shower, swim, exercise, and go about your daily activities while wearing your bangle.

CAN I TRAVEL WITH MY BANGLE?
Yes. Permanent bangles are TSA-friendly and can be worn through airport security, similar to other fine jewelry.

WHAT IF I NEED TO REMOVE MY BANGLE?

If your permanent bangle needs to be removed, please contact us first. Depending on the situation, we may be able to provide guidance on safe removal options. We recommend having your bangle professionally removed whenever possible.

CAN MY BANGLE BE REAPPLIED?

Because permanent bangles are secured with a specialized rivet, once removed, we cannot guarantee that the same bangle can be reapplied. Reapplication requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the condition of the bangle and components. Please contact us if you have questions before removing your bangle.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

Due to the custom nature of permanent bangles, all sales are final. Permanent bangles are designed for long-term wear; however, they are not indestructible. If you experience an issue with your bangle, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Once a bangle has been removed, altered, or damaged, we cannot guarantee that it can be repaired or reapplied. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for repairs, replacements, or reapplication based on the condition of the piece.

SURGERIES / MRI

Always consult your doctor if you need to remove beforehand. Not recommended for those with a gold or silver sensitivity or pacemaker installed.

ARE PERMANENT BANGLES REALLY PERMANENT?
Permanent refers to the clasp-free design and long-term wearability. While designed to be worn continuously, your bangle can be removed if needed.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your bangle looking its best, gently clean with a soft jewelry polishing cloth as needed. While our materials are designed for long-term wear, regular cleaning will help maintain their shine and beauty. Based on normal wear and tear, some scratches and signs of use are expected over time.
