PERMANENT JEWELRY WAIVER
By receiving permanent jewelry from True by Kristy, I confirm that I have reviewed, understand, and agree to the following policies.
FIT, SIZING & FINAL SALE
I have approved my chain, charm(s), components, fit, placement and sizing before leaving. True by Kristy checks that my piece is properly welded before I leave. Because permanent jewelry is custom-cut and fitted, all permanent jewelry sales are final.
DELICATE JEWELRY & CARE
Permanent jewelry is delicate and not indestructible. Chains may stretch, weaken, break or become damaged from normal wear, pulling, tugging, snagging, catching, exercise, accidental damage, excessive force or repeated stress. Breakage does not necessarily indicate a defect. True by Kristy is not responsible for normal wear and tear, accidental
damage, lost chains, lost charms/components, dirty jewelry, buildup, improper care or improper handling. Proper care and cleaning are my responsibility.
MATERIALS & APPEARANCE
True by Kristy uses high-quality certified 14/20 14k gold-filled and sterling silver materials. Oils, lotions, skincare products, sweat, chemicals, environmental exposure, medications, hormonal changes and individual body chemistry may affect a piece's appearance and are not necessarily evidence of a material defect. Cleaning is not included in the warranty.
LIFETIME RE-WELD WARRANTY
The lifetime warranty is a re-weld warranty - not a lifetime replacement warranty. It applies to the welded connection and does not guarantee replacement of a chain, charm, connector or other component. Complimentary re-welds require the original True by Kristy chain in workable condition and proof of purchase when requested. True by Kristy determines whether a piece can be safely repaired. Complimentary re-welds are available Monday-Friday only; appointments receive priority and weekend walk-in repairs are not accommodated.
LOSS, DAMAGE & REPLACEMENT
Lost jewelry, excessive damage, stretching, missing components and pieces that cannot be safely repaired are not covered as complimentary replacements. If replacement is needed, I am responsible for purchasing a new piece and may qualify for True by Kristy's current 50% off replacement option, when applicable. Repeated breakage may require a thicker or more durable replacement chain.
NON-TBK & CUSTOMER-OWNED ITEMS
Jewelry purchased elsewhere is not covered by the True by Kristy warranty. Non-TBK repairs/re-welds are $25. Attaching a customer-owned charm/item is currently $25 per item. True by Kristy does not warrant the material, quality, durability, compatibility or integrity of customer-owned or non-TBK jewelry and is not responsible for its subsequent
damage or loss.
REMOVAL & MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS
Permanent jewelry may be removed by carefully cutting at or near the welded connection; save the chain for possible reattachment. True by Kristy will also remove permanent jewelry at no charge. I am responsible for consulting my medical provider regarding removal before an MRI, surgery or other procedure. Permanent jewelry is not recommended for individuals with a known gold/silver sensitivity or an implanted pacemaker. True by Kristy does not provide medical
advice.

Repair procedures, fees, replacement programs and service availability may change. Future service is subject to True by

By accepting permanent jewelry service and completing the required digital waiver at checkout, I confirm that I have read and understand these policies, had the opportunity to ask questions, inspected and approved my jewelry before leaving, understand that permanent jewelry is delicate, and agree to True by Kristy's warranty, repair, replacement, care, removal and final-sale policies.
