*A $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied to your total. The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us via email: permanentjewelry@truebykristy.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We cannot accept a cancelation within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. If you are a no-show to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
