If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us via email: permanentjewelry@truebykristy.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We cannot accept a cancelation within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. If you are a no-show to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
