Book your permanent bangle appointment and receive your very own custom-fit, clasp-free bangle. Available in sterling silver and 14k gold-filled, our permanent bangles feature a solid, non-hollow construction for lasting durability and a premium feel.
Choose from 1.25mm or 3mm widths and three sizes to find your perfect fit. Personalize your bangle with an optional charm, including initials, birthstones, zodiac signs, symbols, and more, for a truly one-of-a-kind piece.
Unlike traditional permanentjewelry, permanent bangles are secured using a specialized riveting process rather than welding. No heat, sparks, or flames are used during application. Your bangle is custom fitted and secured with a discreet rivet for a seamless, secure finish designed for everyday wear.
Appointment Information
- Each appointment is approximately 15 minutes.
- One appointment = one person. Each 15-minute time slot is reserved for ONE PERSON ONLY.
- Permanent bangles are available by appointment only at our West Chester, PA store.
Coming with friends or family? We'd love to have you! Simply book consecutive 15-minute appointments for each person. For example:
- 2 people = 1:00 PM & 1:15 PM
- 3 people = 1:00 PM, 1:15 PM & 1:30 PM
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for each appointment/person and will be applied toward that individual's purchase.
Booking Both Permanent Bangles & Permanent Jewelry?
Planning on getting both a permanent bangle and traditional permanent jewelry (bracelets, anklets, necklaces, hand chains, or rings)?
Please book separate consecutive 15-minute appointments—one permanent bangle appointment and one permanent jewelry appointment immediately before or after. This allows enough time for proper sizing, application, and styling of all your pieces.
Deposits, Rescheduling & Cancellations
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied to your purchase.
Need to reschedule? Please email us at permanentjewelry@truebykristy.com at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Please note:
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment cannot be accommodated.
- No-shows will forfeit their deposit.
- By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and our store policies.
Removal & Reapplication
Permanent bangles are designed for long-term wear. If removal becomes necessary, please contact us first.
Because each bangle is secured using a specialized rivet, once removed, we cannot guarantee it can be reapplied. Reapplication requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the condition of the bangle and its components.
Warranty
Permanent bangles are made for everyday wear but are not indestructible. Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Snagging or pulling
- Bending or misshaping
- Improper handling or misuse
Final Sale Policy
Due to the custom nature of permanent bangles, all permanent bangle sales are final. No exceptions.
