Book your permanent jewelry appointment and create a custom, clasp-less piece that's made just for you! Choose from 80+ beautiful chains in 14k gold filled, sterling silver, and rose gold to design your perfect bracelet, anklet, ring, hand chain, or necklace. Want to make it even more personal? Add one (or more!) of our 60+ charms for a truly unique piece.
Appointment Information
- Each appointment is approximately 15 minutes.
- One appointment = one person. Each 15-minute time slot is reserved for ONE PERSON ONLY.
- There is no limit to the number of permanent jewelry pieces you may purchase during your appointment.
Coming with friends or family? We'd love to have you! Simply book consecutive 15-minute appointments for each person. For example:
- 2 people = 1:00 PM & 1:15 PM
- 3 people = 1:00 PM, 1:15 PM & 1:30 PM
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for each appointment/person and will be applied toward that individual's purchase.
Walk-Ins Welcome
Appointments are recommended but not required. We gladly accept walk-ins based on availability. However, booking an appointment is the best way to secure your preferred time and avoid extended wait times, especially during weekends and holidays.

Deposits, Rescheduling & Cancellations
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve each appointment and will be applied to your purchase.
Need to reschedule? Please email permanentjewelry@truebykristy.com at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Please note:
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment cannot be accommodated.
- No-shows will forfeit their deposit.
- By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and all store policies.
Kids' Discount
Bring the kiddos! Children 10 years old and under receive 50% off permanent jewelry chains.
Offer applies to chains only. Charms are excluded. Cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.
